Terms of Use & Community Rules

KDrama Heart is operated by K-Heart Collective. By creating an account, posting, commenting, voting in polls, decorating a public Room or otherwise contributing content, you agree to these Terms of Use. You must accept them once before you can publish user-generated content.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use KDrama Heart.

Community posts, drama discussions, comments, poll participation, guestbook messages and public Rooms are visible to other members and, in some cases, to anyone on the internet. Do not post personal information you would not want to be public — yours or anyone else's.

You keep ownership of what you post and grant KDrama Heart a licence to host and display it inside the app. You are responsible for the content you publish.

The following are strictly prohibited anywhere on KDrama Heart:

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or targeted abuse of any member.
• Hate speech or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
• Sexual, pornographic or otherwise adult content, and any sexualisation of minors.
• Threats, incitement to violence, or graphic violent content.
• Illegal content or activity, including piracy links, drugs, weapons and fraud.
• Spam, scams, phishing, bots, or repetitive promotional posting.
• Impersonating other people, staff, or actors.
• Sharing another person's private information without consent (doxxing).
• Attempting to bypass a block, suspension or ban.

Untagged major spoilers are discouraged — use the spoiler toggle when posting.

Every member can block another member. Blocked members' posts and comments are hidden from you, and they cannot comment on your posts or sign your Room guestbook. You can review and undo blocks any time in Safety & privacy.

Every profile, post and comment has a Report option. Reports include the content, its author, the reason and a timestamp, and are stored securely for our moderators.

Our moderators review reports and may hide or remove content, issue a warning, temporarily suspend posting, or permanently ban an account. Serious violations can result in an immediate ban without a prior warning. Reports are marked resolved or dismissed once reviewed.

Paid memberships (Plus and Legend) are billed through Stripe or Google Play and are governed by those stores' terms. Deleting your account removes your profile and content from the app.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app, and continued use of the community means you accept the updated terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
